Rick Cleaver - Executive Director of Youth Challenge
Rick loves the Lord first and foremost with all of his heart & uses his passion for seeking after Him.
Rick has been married to his wife, Sonja, for over 32 years. They have 3 grown children and one grandchild. Rick was called to become the director of Youth Challenge in 1989. Rick and Sonja have been in full time youth ministry for over 25 years. They love anything outdoors including bow hunting and fishing. Rick is a graduate of Christ Unlimited Bible Institute and has served in several churches and youth ministries.

Mike Frazier - Camp Machasay Manager
Mike Frazier brings a refreshing viewpoint to the table here at Youth Challenge. He has been blessed with a lot of common sense and know-how when it comes to dealing with construction or anything mechanical. He is a major asset to the camp as he takes on the role of being our Camp Manager. He enjoys working on machines, building projects and driving anything with an engine.

Bible Teacher and Director of Prison Ministry
Dean is a blessed husband and proud father of four. He met Christ while taking "Bible" in High School. At MS State, his passion for God's Word grew! Four great years of Bible College and a Master's degree from seminary "fueled the flame"! 31 years of full time ministry and personal study have greatly deepened his desire to keep on imparting God's living Word to people of any age, anywhere!

Amanda LaGrange is Rick's personal assistant. Along with helping Rick, she also helps out with Bible Quizzing and the Camp Machasay office. She loves reading and being outside, especially in the summer. She has been married since 2002 and has one daughter.
Tracy Creek - Western Slope Bible Quiz Director

Tracy lives with her family in Grand Junction, Colorado. She oversees the Bible Quizzing ministry on the Western Slope. She has been with the ministry for many years.
